Quick trip to St. Louis - continued
Excuse my feet but lying under the Arch was definitely a trip highlight. The story behind this thing is fascinating and there is a huge and beautiful (and free!) museum beneath it where you can look and learn as much as you'd like. You can also ride to the top in a terrifying gondola that is approximately the size of a refrigerator - we didn't get to do this (it was sold out) but it looked as fun as it was scary. I cannot describe how soft this grass was y'all.
The attention to detail in public spaces in St. Louis is just astounding.
